Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
This service includes:
- Full parcel tracking
- Delivery confirmation with photo
- Email or SMS delivery updates
- Compensation cover up to £75
- Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch
Free UK Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £40.
This applies automatically at checkout and will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Red Rocket Cards cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
Royal Mail may require a waiting period before a parcel can officially be declared lost.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
