At Red Rocket Cards, we specialise in collectible trading cards and sealed products. Due to the nature of these items, our returns policy differs from standard retail goods.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Final
All sales made through Red Rocket Cards are considered final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Market price fluctuations
- Disagreement with a card’s condition or grading
Exceptions may apply only where an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the collectible and tamper-sensitive nature of trading card products, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) Products
All sealed TCG products are final sale, including but not limited to:
- Booster Packs
- Booster Boxes
- Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
- Tins
- Collection Boxes
- Any factory-sealed trading card products
Once dispatched, sealed products cannot be returned or refunded, even if unopened.
Graded Cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.)
All graded cards are sold as final sale.
Please review listing images carefully before purchasing.
- Grades, centering, and condition are visible in product photos
- Minor slab marks or scuffs from grading companies are considered normal and not defects
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Subjective opinions about condition
- Disagreement with the assigned grade
- Market value changes after purchase
Card Condition Policy
All single cards sold by Red Rocket Cards are considered Near Mint (NM) unless otherwise clearly stated in the product listing.
Due to the manufacturing process of trading cards, minor imperfections may occur. These may include but are not limited to:
- Minor print lines
- Slight edge wear from packaging
- Centering variations
- Minor surface marks visible under strong lighting
These characteristics are considered normal for Near Mint cards and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
If a card has noticeable wear or damage beyond Near Mint condition, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email john@redrocketcards.co.uk with:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the outer packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement where available, or a refund at our discretion.
UK & EU Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.
Please note:
Sealed trading card products and graded cards may be exempt from change-of-mind returns due to their collectible nature.
Consumer rights apply where goods are:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Not as described
